You had to make a few decisions during your pregnancy and prepare for the arrival of your baby. Part of the preparation is to prepare for the hospital. You will most probably receive a list of items needed when admitted for labour when booking your bed for labour at the facility of your choice.
It is advisable to pack separate bags for you, your baby and your partner. It is also essential to show your partner and supporting family where everything is packed away, for if a need develops that someone needs to bring something to you while admitted. The parents-to-be should practice fitting the car seat and get used to the stroller, setting it up and folding it to load into the vehicle.
